洛神花粉 - 血壓、膽固醇、心臟健康、頭髮生長與抗老化

I've been steeping a spoonful of this in hot water every morning and the tart flavor is way better than the plain tea bags I used to buy. It dissolves easily with no gritty bits at the bottom of my cup, which I was worried about with a powder.

The deep red color of this powder is so vibrant, and it dissolves easily into a tart, earthy tea that I actually look forward to each morning. Knowing the petals are sun-dried from Mysore gives me confidence in the quality, and I've noticed my energy feels steadier since making it part of my routine

The petals grind fine enough that half a teaspoon mixes into my morning tea without any clumping, and the deep red color is a nice sign of quality. It's a bit earthy for my taste so I add honey, but my BP readings have been more stable since I started using it daily.
