綠薄荷粉 – 自然支持PCOS、PCOD、經期不適、痘痘、荷爾蒙失調與多餘臉部毛髮

Three weeks of a glass every morning and my cycles have actually started spacing out more predictably. I mix it with a little honey since plain spearmint is a bit grassy on its own. Being caffeine-free means I can have it at night without lying awake.

The powder dissolves cleanly into hot water and the caffeine-free aspect is perfect for winding down before bed. About three weeks in, my cycle has been noticeably less painful and I'm not reaching for the hair removal tools as often. This one's a keeper.

I’ve been drinking this before bed for about three weeks now, and the fact that it’s naturally caffeine-free means it doesn’t mess with my sleep like regular tea used to. The spearmint aroma is genuinely calming, and it’s become a little ritual I actually look forward to each night.
